Call Hopper AI

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026
Summary: We collect account data to run your workspace, and we process the contact data you upload strictly to provide the calling service to you. You control the contact data; we act as your processor. We don't sell personal data.

1. Who we are

Call Hopper AI provides AI-powered outbound calling software. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Contact: [email protected].

2. Data we collect

3. How we use data

We use account and technical data to provide, secure, and improve the Service. We process contact and call data only to deliver the calling features you use — placing calls, recording/transcribing them, scoring outcomes, and showing you analytics for your own workspace. Row-level security isolates each workspace's data from every other workspace.

4. Controller / processor roles

For the contact data you upload, you are the data controller and we are your processor, handling it on your instructions to provide the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent to contact those individuals.

5. Sub-processors

We share data with vendors that operate parts of the Service on our behalf: cloud hosting, a managed database/auth provider, telephony/voice carriers, AI voice and transcription/analysis providers, and email delivery. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.

6. Call recording

Calls placed through the Service may be recorded and transcribed. You are responsible for providing any legally required recording and AI-use disclosures to the people you call.

7. Retention & deletion

We retain your data while your workspace is active. You can delete leads and, when available, your entire workspace; deleting a workspace removes its contact, call, and account data from our systems (backups age out on our standard cycle). Contact us to request deletion.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, and to object to certain processing. For contact data you uploaded, direct requests to you as the controller; we will assist as your processor. Email [email protected] to exercise rights over your account data.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit, per-workspace row-level isolation, scoped access controls, and audited infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

10. Cookies

We use a strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising cookies. See the notice on our site.

11. Changes & contact

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Questions: [email protected].
